Hired by a local builder for this amazing project...The builder had a very tough critical path that needed to be met and we were able to lower the budget signifcantly in the process...Veterans Affairs Medical Clinic located in Vinita, Oklahoma. This project was unique being able to bring this development and commercial building a few hundred thousand dollars under budget and complete this 13 acre undeveloped site with existing structure to be demolished in 122 days meeting the Veteran’s Stringent Critical Path. Put quite a feather in the cap of the builder/co-owner with much appreciation.
