Why we publish honest comparisons
Owner-operators earn trust differently than large firms. Stephen Pereff has been in commercial construction since his high school years. He has seen what happens when a contractor oversells and underdelivers — and he has personally taken hundreds of rescue calls that started with exactly that story.
So Pereff publishes honest comparisons. If MEDTECH genuinely fits your project better, we will tell you that. If APEX is the right call for some other reason, we will tell you that too. What we will not do is pretend every project is a fit for Pereff — because it is not, and you deserve a straight answer before you sign anything.
