PDG's values, in Stephen's own words:

1. Shoot for perfection — the name "Pereff" embodies this. Every aspect of a project from start to finish.
2. Full transparency — clients receive constant updates, honest pricing, and a real proforma that shows exactly where costs will land before ground is broken.
3. No false low sq. ft. prices — PDG absolutely refuses to give clients false low per-sq-ft numbers upfront only to hit them with a plethora of change orders later. This is standard practice among less ethical competitors. PDG does not do it.
4. No change-order traps — PDG's True Design-Build process eliminates change orders except for city-required changes or client-requested mid-construction changes. No exploitation.
5. High quality over cheap speed — PDG refuses to compromise on quality the way competitors do, building every healthcare practice cheaply and making them all look the same.
6. Ethics and client advocacy — PDG has seen doctors taken advantage of by networks of healthcare banks, contractors, consultants, brokers, and IT companies working together. PDG exists to provide a true One Source Solution with ethics and full transparency.
