The company began by fulfilling a need for single-family and multifamily housing in multiple cities, acting as a Real Estate Developer. Through ongoing city negotiations and development deals, PDG expanded into a "One Source Solution" — handling pre-development services, design of construction documents, city negotiations and permitting, bank facilitation for financing, and ultimately serving as general contractor to build out its commercial properties. Building its own properties from the ground up led PDG to specialize in the extremely intricate three verticals of healthcare construction: dental, medical, and veterinary. The company name "Pereff" means "shoot for perfection." The family heritage traces from Tuscany Italy and Spain to Bulgaria, then to Ellis Island in New York, and today to North Texas.
