- Within a couple of days after a site walk is scheduled — PDG creates a remediation plan on how to turn the project around
- No-litigation rule — PDG will NOT enter a project where there is current litigation. If litigation exists, PDG will instruct the client on next steps to avoid or resolve the litigation first, and ensure a new viable contract is in place with the client and bank if necessary.
