Superintendent model

Every Pereff project has one designated full-time superintendent assigned exclusively to that job. The superintendent:

• Is on site before any subcontractors arrive each day
• Is the last to leave each day
• Does not split time across multiple jobs

This contrasts sharply with most competitors, who send one superintendent to cover multiple jobs simultaneously. Pereff identifies this as a major quality-control issue at competitor firms — it causes delays and creates poor client experiences. PDG's model costs more operationally but delivers the quality and schedule performance clients expect.
